What is Creative Visualization? Creative visualization is a spiritual and psychological technique based on imagination. It was initially introduced by the theorists of "positive thinking" and subsequently adopted, in various sectors, by numerous life coaches. However, it is a very ancient art, also traceable in Buddhism, used to help achieve a meditative state. What are the principles behind creative visualization? When will and imagination are in conflict, the latter tends to prevail.

All we have to do, therefore, is align our will with our thinking and make sure that they walk arm in arm. Otherwise, we risk ending up off the road. To achieve this, three fundamental steps must be taken: define a goal align our imagination with that goal take action If will and thought do not walk hand in hand, we risk ending up off track. Now, a little exercise to understand better. The goal is to bring your right arm as far behind your head as possible. Try doing it without visualizing it: extend your arm towards the other and then push it behind you. Make a mental note of where you managed to get to.
